Shipping and Delivery Policy

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed by the next working day or at most within 1-2 working days after the order & payment confirmation . Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email or whatsapp confirmation. A second email or whatsapp message will be sent when your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Shipping Options: We offer only one shipping options standard shipping.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the flat rate, the selected shipping method, and your delivery address. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. We provide free delivery in certain quantities at certain locations which is displayed on the product detail page and checkout page

Delivery Time

Delivery time is totally based on the delivery location, sunday/holiday in between and courier company’s internal factors.

As the packages are dispatched from mumbai so it’s estimated delivery time is as following (which may vary based on multiple factors) :


Delivery Locations and delivery time :

  • Mumbai to Mumbai – Typically delivered by next working day or within 1 to 2 working days.
  • Mumbai to 500 kms – Typically delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
  • Mumbai to Metro cities – Typically delivered within 3 to 4 working days.
  • Mumbai to Non Metro cities – Typically delivered within 4 to 5 working days.
  • Mumbai to Special Zone – Typically delivered within 5 to 7 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, local factors or carrier delays.


Shipping Restrictions

  • Delivery Areas: We currently ship to addresses within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or whatsapp. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
  • Tracking Updates: For the most accurate and up-to-date information on your shipment, please refer to the carrier’s tracking page.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement if necessary.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos or video of the damage and contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and replacement or issue a refund based on the situation and our policy.

Incorrect Address

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Address Changes: We cannot change the address after order confirmation in any scenario.
